The family is not about a single person or a single name.  We are made of up many 
people and many names.  My site includes the Brocks (my maiden name), the Johnsons, 
the Gills, the Stewarts, the Boyers (my married name), the Lafonts, the Russos and 
the ancestors and descendents of all of these.

I have traced some of our family back to BC. Our heritage is primarily English, 
Irish, and Scottish. Through several lines we descended from royalty.  We are direct 
descendants of King Edward I of England (1272) and also 6 generations of Kings of 
Scotland beginning with Kenneth I (843 AD).  Most of the family came to America 
through Virginia and drifted down to Mississippi.  Although I did find one line who 
came through Canada.  I found we also have a drop or two of Indian blood, somewhere 
around 1700.  

As for my married (Boyer) relatives, we are primarily French and Italian.
